My approach to personal training begins with a one-hour initial consultation. During a discreet, casual meeting, we get to know each other, discuss your specific goals and past experiences with personal training, health, nutrition, supplements, and any other questions you may have. The first step to understanding your goals, concerns and doubts, and to exchange comments, suggestions and ideas so that I can design a personalized training regimen after our initial consultation that is targeted to your goals, with promising results.
Assessments made at the Initial Consultation are the biggest tool in today's personal training. It benefits the client and the trainer to reach the client's goals with honesty and to tailor a specific program based on the individual's abilities and long-term goals.
Each client has a custom fitness program and nutritional/supplement advice developed specifically for their desired results, and that progresses as their body achieves their desired individual goals.
